Security, lighting, green areas, the gate: each report carries photos, videos or a map pin, and neighbors back it and comment.
Every update says what was done, what comes next and by when. If the date passes with no news, everyone sees it.
Notices from the administration and the board, plus secret or named votes, with one vote per house.
Fees with receipts, income and expenses, and a financial report every month.
Vendor, quotes and approved amount, linked to the reports they resolve.

How we built it
Vecindu is a web app you can add to your phone’s home screen, with many communities on one platform. The rules for who sees and does what are enforced in PostgreSQL, and every change leaves a record. If your industry needs something like this, we can build it.
