How to delete your Facebook and Instagram data
Prospecta (prospecta.htdevs.com), our internal marketing tool, stores very little data about the Pages we connect. Here is how to delete it.
What data we store
For each Prospecta project with a connected Page we store:
- the Facebook Page access token, encrypted;
- the Page name;
- the username of the linked Instagram account.
We use them only to publish the posts, and their first comment, that our team approved. We store no other Facebook or Instagram data. More details in our privacy notice.
Option 1: disconnect the Page in Prospecta
If you have access to Prospecta, open the project, go to Campañas (Campaigns) and click Desconectar (Disconnect). The access token is deleted right away and Prospecta can no longer publish to the Page or to Instagram.
Option 2: remove the app in Facebook
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- Find the HT DEVS app (Prospecta) and choose Remove.
The token stops working immediately. To have us also delete the Page name and Instagram username, email us as described in option 3.
Option 3: ask us by email
Email hola (at) htdevs.com with the subject “Data deletion” and include the Facebook Page name or Instagram username. We delete all associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Posts already published
Deleting Prospecta's data does not remove what was already published on Facebook or Instagram. Those posts and comments can be deleted directly from the Page or account.
