Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

HT DEVS, a software development team based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For any question or request, email us at hola (at) htdevs.com .

2. What data we handle and why

htdevs.com contact form

If you write to us, we receive your name, email and, if you share them, your company, phone, project type, estimated budget and message. We use them only to reply and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is not from a bot.

Prospecta and Facebook and Instagram accounts

Prospecta (prospecta.htdevs.com) is our internal marketing and lead tool, used only by the HT DEVS team. When we connect a Facebook Page and its Instagram account to a Prospecta project through Facebook Login, we store per project:

• the Page access token, encrypted;
• the Facebook Page name;
• the Instagram account username.

We use this data only to publish, on that Page and account, the posts and their first comment that our team approved beforehand. We do not read or store messages, other people's comments, followers, insights or any other Facebook or Instagram data.

Technical data

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Like any web server, our hosting provider may record technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) in security logs.

3. Who we share your data with

We never sell or rent personal data. Only the providers we need to operate are involved:

• Meta Platforms, which receives the posts we publish on Facebook and Instagram, under its own policies;
• Cloudflare, which protects the contact form from spam;
• our hosting and email providers.

We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it by law.

4. How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts. Facebook and Instagram data is kept while the Page is connected to Prospecta; disconnecting it deletes the access token.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email us at hola (at) htdevs.com with your name, your request and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.

To delete the data for a Facebook Page or Instagram account, follow the data deletion instructions.

6. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
